Espadrilles – Romping Around on Rope
I took a page out of Mr. Chris Cox’s book, or rather his blog, and sprung for a pair of espadrilles last week. As a longtime friend of Simply Refined, I am willing to give almost anything on Easy and Elegant Life a try, and yet again expectations have been exceeded.
Library Days
So I’ve spent most of the past two weeks (with a brief Parisian interlude) in the National Art Library at the V&A doing research for my upcoming thesis. At first things were a bit slow and then I hit some big treasure troves of information and struggled to get through it all by closing time today.

Also, unlike many other articles, even “fashionable” sunglasses tend to be more classic. While women’s sunglasses walk more on the wild side, men’s frames even at their trendiest are usually classically inspired.
