Wish and Wait – Dashing Tweeds Cap
Does anyone else have that one item they really wish they could wear? No matter how hard you might try, it just never seems to look or feel right, but for some reason you can’t help yourself every time you walk into a shop? No fear, for me it’s the cap.
Whether a bright red, like the one above from Dashing Tweeds, or a more somber grey, I just can’t seem to walk out of a shop with one in hand. They’re an excellent way to inject a little excitement and color into a look, but not for me. Maybe I’m just bitter because the Huntsman tweed one I found this past autumn was the only way I was getting my hands on this years extremely enviable check, but alas, it just made my head look funny.
So, for now, I wait. What’s your wish and wait item?

January 23, 2011I guess hats and glasses are amongst the most difficult objects to chose oneself. Not only because these little objects change ones expression radically – from looking "cool" to funny or even silly. Especially because when choosing these items, it is almost impossible to judge yourself, i.e. see yourself from a distance or another angle. A tip is to have a good "second opinion" with you that can tell you immediately if something works.
